Abstract

Bachadon tubi nosozligi ayollarda bepushtlikning muhim sabablaridan biri hisoblanib, reproduktiv yoshdagi bemorlarda homiladorlikning yuzaga kelishiga jiddiy to‘sqinlik qiladi. Ushbu patologiya bachadon naylarining anatomik va funksional o‘zgarishlari bilan kechib, tuxum hujayra va spermatozoidlarning uchrashuviga hamda urug‘lanish jarayoniga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. So‘nggi yillarda yordamchi reproduktiv texnologiyalar, xususan ekstrakorporal urug‘lantirish (EKO) usuli bachadon tubi nosozligi bilan bog‘liq bepushtlikni davolashda samarali yechim sifatida keng qo‘llanilmoqda. Mazkur maqolada bachadon tubi nosozligining asosiy turlari, ularning reproduktiv salomatlikka ta’siri hamda EKO texnologiyasining ushbu holatdagi o‘rni, afzalliklari va klinik samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, bemorlarni tanlash mezonlari va EKO natijalariga ta’sir etuvchi omillar yoritib beriladi.
