Abstract
Ushbu maqolada zafaron o‘simligining dorivorlik xususiyatlari va uning inson salomatligiga ta’siri haqida so‘z boradi. Zafaronning kimyoviy tarkibi, foydali xususiyatlari, turli kasalliklarni davolashdagi roli hamda uni to‘g‘ri va xavfsiz foydalanish usullari yoritiladi. Shuningdek, maqolada zafaronni iste’mol qilishda ehtiyot choralari ko‘rib chiqilgan.References
