Abstract

Ongli sedativ - bu bemor bilan doimo ma'lum og'zaki aloqada bo'lish imkonini beradigan, ongni yo'qotmagan holda markaziy asab tizimining engil depressiyasini yaratish uchun bir yoki bir nechta farmakologik preparatlar qo'llaniladigan usul. Azot oksidi/kislorodidan (N2O) foydalanish umumiy va bolalar stomatologiyasi muolajalari uchun tobora keng tarqalgan va koʻplab mamlakatlarda keng tarqalgan amaliyotga aylangan.(6,7,8,9) U umumiy pediatriya tibbiyotida(10,11) kichik jarrohlikdan tortib koʻproq invaziv diagnostika muolajalarigacha boʻlgan muolajalar uchun ham tez-tez qoʻllaniladi.
