Abstract

Ушбу мақолада юрак хуружидан кейинги реабилитация дастурларининг самарадорлиги таҳлил қилинган. Тадқиқот давомида жисмоний машқлар, диетотерапия, психологик қўллаб-қувватлаш ва дори воситалари орқали юрак-қон томир тизими кўрсаткичларининг яхшиланиши, жисмоний чидамлиликнинг ошиши, қайта инфаркт хавфининг пасайиши ва ҳаёт сифатига ижобий таъсири ўрганилди. Тадқиқот натижалари комплекс реабилитация дастурлари беморларнинг умумий ҳолатига ижобий таъсир кўрсатишини ва касалликнинг қайта такрорланиш хавфини камайтиришини кўрсатди. Келгусидаги тадқиқотларда узоқ муддатли мониторинг ва индивидуал ёндашувни такомиллаштириш зарурлиги таъкидланади.
