Abstract
Mosh butun dunyo bo`ylab sevib iste’mol qilinadigan, o’zida bioaktiv faol moddalarni saqlagan dukkakli-don mahsulotlariga kiruvchi muhum ekinlardandir. Anan`aviy va zamonaviy tibbiyotda moshning ko`plab hastaliklar uchun davollovchi, oldini oluvchi sifatida foydalanilishi ko`plab tadqiqotlar orqali hujjatlashtirilgan. Moshning bunday xususiyatlari uning tarkibidagi moddalarning miqdori, tarkibi va kansentratsiyasi natijasida kelib chiqadi. Quydagi maqolada ham moshning ba`zi bir biokimyoviy tarkibi va xususiyatlari haqida keltirib o`tilgan.
