Abstract

Ushbu maqolada emotsional intellekt tushunchasi, uning asosiy tarkibiy qismlari va kundalik hayotdagi amaliy ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Emotsional intellektning shaxslararo munosabatlar, qaror qabul qilish, stressni boshqarish va professional rivojlanishdagi o‘rni zamonaviy psixologik tadqiqotlar asosida yoritiladi. Shuningdek, emotsional intellektning shaxsiy hayot va ijtimoiy muhitdagi muvozanatga ta’siri ham tahlil qilinadi.
