Abstract
Mazkur maqolada Rhodiola rosea o‘simligining biologik faol komponentlari, farmakologik xususiyatlari va inson salomatligiga ta’siri ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Ushbu o‘simlik qadim zamonlardan buyon xalq tabobatida ishlatib kelingan bo‘lib, stressga qarshi, adaptogen va antioksidant xususiyatlarga ega. Tadqiqotlarda uning aqliy va jismoniy mehnatga layoqatni oshirishi, charchoqni kamaytirishi va markaziy asab tizimiga ijobiy ta’siri aniqlangan. Maqolada Rhodiola rosea ekstraktlarining zamonaviy tibbiyotdagi qo‘llanilishi, klinik tadqiqotlar va farmakodinamik ta’sir mexanizmlari yoritiladi.
