Abstract
Ushbu maqolada odam organizmida temir almashinuvi buzilishi natijasida yuzaga keladigan kasalliklar, ularning semiotikasi, diagnostikasi va davolash usullari yoritilgan. Temir tanqisligi anemiyasi, gemoxromatoz va xronik kasalliklar bilan bog‘liq anemiyalar kabi patologiyalar temirning yetishmovchiligi yoki ortiqcha to‘planishi oqibatida yuzaga keladi. Mazkur maqolada ushbu kasalliklarning klinik belgilari, laborator va instrumental diagnostika usullari, shuningdek, individual davolash yondashuvlari haqida batafsil maʼlumot berilgan. Maqola temir almashinuvi buzilishlarining sog‘liqni saqlash sohasidagi dolzarbligini taʼkidlab, ularni erta aniqlash va samarali davolashning ahamiyatini ochib beradi. Ushbu tadqiqot tibbiyot mutaxassislari va ilmiy tadqiqotchilar uchun qimmatli manba bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
