Abstract

Ushbu maqola O‘zbekiston umumiy o‘rta ta'lim maktablaridagi ta'lim sifatini diferensiatsiyalash va boshqarish strategiyalarini o‘rganadi. Maqolada ta'lim sifatini oshirish uchun differensiatsiya va boshqaruv yondashuvlarining ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, xalqaro tajribalar va O‘zbekistondagi mavjud vaziyat o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, ta'lim sifatini diferensiatsiyalash va samarali boshqarish o‘quvchilarning o‘zlashtirish darajasini oshirish, o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy rivojlanishini ta'minlash va maktablarning umumiy samaradorligini yaxshilashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Maqola ta'lim sifatini oshirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beradi va kelajakdagi tadqiqotlar uchun yo‘nalishlarni belgilaydi.
