Abstract
Ushbu maqola sun'iy intellektning (SI) turizm sohasiga ta'sirini o‘rganadi. Tadqiqot usullari sifatida adabiyotlar tahlili va misollarni o‘rganish qo‘llanilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, SI turizm kompaniyalariga mijozlar bilan muloqotni yaxshilash, sayohat tajribasini optimallashtirish va operatsion samaradorlikni oshirish imkonini beradi. Shu bilan birga, SI inson ishtirokisiz qarorlar qabul qilish va maxfiylik muammolarini keltirib chiqarishi mumkin.
