Abstract
Ushbu maqolada bugungi kun dunyo jurnalistikasida ommaviy axborot vositalari sohasini tartibga soluvchi qonunchilikning, ayniqsa mediada tuhmat va haqoratga oid normalarning soʻz erkinligi, fikrlar xilma-xilligi va tanqidiy yondashuvga qanday ta’sir koʻrsatishi va uning oʻziga xos jihatlari xorijiy tajriba asosida oʻrganilgan.
