Abstract
Talkning namlik va yog’ni o‘ziga singdirish qobiliyati uni oziq ovqat sanoatida foydalanish uchun jozibador tanlovga aylantiradi, bu yerda uni kukunli oziq-ovqatlarning to‘planishi yoki qotib qolishining oldini olish uchun qo‘shilishi mumkin, shuningdek, qayta ishlangan oziq-ovqatlarda yopishib qolishga qarshi vosita sifatida ishlaydi. Uning xususiyatlari talkni ko‘plab sohalarda qimmatli mineral bo‘lib, funktsional va estetik foyda keltiradi.
