Abstract
В статье рассмотрены роль государства в привлечении иностранных инвестиций и их влияние на развитие инноваций. Анализируется теоретические основы, то есть инструменты государственного управления такие как налоговые льготы, создание экономических зон и механизмы по защите прав инвесторов для стимулирования притока иностранных инвестиций на основе опыта зарубежных стран. Цель данной статьи дать понятие инструментам для привлечения иностранных инвестиций со стороны государства, рассмотреть на примере топ 3 стран по привлечению ПИИ эффективность этих инструментов. Работа завершается перечислением методами государства, которые могут быть применимы в Узбекистане для увеличения ПИИ для дальнейшего стимулирования роста инноваций.
