Abstract
Hazm qilish tizimi — bu organizmimizda oziq-ovqatni hazm qilish, zarur moddalarni so'rib olish va ortiqcha chiqindilarni chiqarish jarayonlarini ta'minlaydigan juda muhim tizimdir. Ushbu tizimning sog'lom ishlashi nafaqat ovqat hazm qilishni, balki butun tananing umumiy salomatligini saqlashni ham ta'minlaydi. Biroq, noto'g'ri oziqlanish, stress, yomon hayot tarzi va boshqa omillar tufayli hazm qilish tizimi kasalliklari rivojlanishi mumkin.
