Abstract
Ushbu maqolada inson organizmi uchun vitaminlarning ahamiyati, ularning turli kasalliklarning oldini olishdagi roli va umumiy sog'liqni saqlashdagi ahamiyati ko'rib chiqiladi. Vitaminlar organizmdagi turli biokimyoviy jarayonlar uchun zarur bo'lib, ularning yetishmovchiligi turli xil salomatlik muammolariga olib kelishi mumkin. Maqolada vitaminlarning turlari, ularning vazifalari, vitamin yetishmovchiligining oqibatlari va organizmga foydalari keltirilgan. Shuningdek, vitaminlarni qabul qilishning me'yorlari va turli vitaminlarni qaysi mahsulotlardan olish mumkinligi haqida ham ma'lumot berilgan.
