Abstract
Oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari tarkibidagi radionuklidlar inson organizmiga tushgach,
ovqat hazm qilish tizimida turli onkologik kasalliklarni keltirib chiqaradi. Shu sababli
oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari tarkibidagi radionuklidlarni aniqlash muhim analitik
ahamiyatga ega [1]. Analitik tahlillarning aniqligi va ishonchliligi esa namuna tanlash
va namunani tahlilga tayyorlashga bog’liq bo’ladi. Barcha analitik tahlillarda namuna
olish va namunani tahlilga tayyorlash alohida e’tiborga molik jarayon hisoblanib,
bunda namunaning agregat holati, kimyoviy tarkibi va tuzilishi, uchuvchanligi,
zaharliligi, tez aynib qolishi va boshqa biokimyoviy jarayonlar hisobga olinishi kerak
bo’ladi [2].
