Abstract
Ushbu maqolada muvaffaqiyatli rahbarning kuchli jamoani shakllantirishdagi o‘rni ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy menejment va tashkiliy psixologiya tadqiqotlari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, jamoa samaradorligi faqat xodimlar malakasi yoki resurslar hajmiga emas, balki rahbarning maqsadni aniqlashtirish, ishonchli muhit yaratish, psixologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlash, hamkorlikni rag‘batlantirish va umumiy mas’uliyatni shakllantirish qobiliyatiga ham bevosita bog‘liq. Maqolada transformatsion liderlik, inklyuziv rahbarlik, jamoaviy ishonch va psixologik xavfsizlik tushunchalari o‘zaro bog‘liqlikda yoritiladi. Xulosa sifatida, kuchli jamoa tasodifan emas, balki ilmiy asoslangan rahbarlik amaliyoti natijasida vujudga kelishi asoslab beriladi.
