Abstract
Ushbu maqolada sport va jismoniy faollikning stressni kamaytirishdagi psixofiziologik ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Stress organizmda gipotalamus–gipofiz–buyrak usti bezi o‘qi, simpatik nerv tizimi, kortizol sekretsiyasi, yurak urish tezligi va uyqu sifati bilan bog‘liq murakkab javob reaksiyalarini yuzaga keltiradi. Muntazam jismoniy faollik esa stressga javob mexanizmlarini muvozanatlashtirish, xavotir va distress belgilarini kamaytirish, kayfiyatni barqarorlashtirish, uyqu sifatini yaxshilash hamda o‘zini boshqarish ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishga yordam beradi. Maqolada aerob mashqlar, kuch mashqlari, yurish, yugurish, suzish, velosiped, yoga va jamoaviy sport turlarining stressga ta’siri ilmiy tadqiqotlar asosida yoritiladi. Shuningdek, stress va sport o‘rtasidagi ikki tomonlama aloqa, mashg‘ulot intensivligi, davomiyligi, individual moslashuv, ortiqcha yuklama xavfi hamda sog‘lom sport rejimini tashkil etish masalalari tahlil etiladi.
