Abstract
Ushbu maqolada bolalarda allergiya kasalliklarining klinik kechishi, tashxislash mezonlari va davolashning zamonaviy yondashuvlari tahlil qilinadi. Bolalar amaliyotida allergik rinit, bronxial astma, atopik dermatit, oziq-ovqat allergiyasi, eshakemi va anafilaksiya eng ko‘p uchraydigan allergik holatlar sirasiga kiradi. Maqolada IgE vositali va IgE vositasiz allergik reaksiyalar, sensibilizatsiya, atopik marsh, teri prik-testi, spesifik IgE, spirometriya, PEF variabelligi, SCORAD va EASI indekslari, shuningdek, eliminatsion parhez, farmakoterapiya, allergen-spesifik immunoterapiya va biologik preparatlar bilan davolash masalalari yoritiladi. Tibbiyot amaliyotida qo‘llaniladigan diagnostik formulalar va klinik baholash indekslari maqolaning ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatini oshiradi
