Abstract
Mazkur maqolada XIV-XV asrlarda yashab ijod etgan buyuk sarkarda va davlat arbobi Amir Temurning boshqaruv falsafasi zamonaviy innovatsion menejment konsepsiyalari bilan qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot jarayonida Temurning "Tuzuklar" asaridagi boshqaruv tamoyillari, strategik yondashuvlari hamda kadrlar siyosati chuqur o'rganildi. Tahlil natijalari shuni ko'rsatadiki, Sohibqironning davlat boshqaruviga oid g'oyalari zamonaviy menejment nazariyalarining ko'plab tamoyillari bilan umumiylikka ega va hozirgi zamon tashkiliy boshqaruvda qo'llanilishi mumkin
