Abstract

Fizik kattaliklar — tabiatdagi hodisa, jism yoki jarayonlarning miqdoriy ifodalanadigan belgilari bo‘lib, ular ilm-fan, texnika va ayniqsa tibbiyotda aniq tashxis qo‘yish, davolash, monitoring va xavfsizlikni ta’minlashda muhim o‘rin tutadi. Harorat, bosim, massa, vaqt, elektr kuchlanishi, tok kuchi, energiya, zichlik, tezlik, nurlanish dozasi kabi kattaliklar shifokor faoliyatida bevosita yoki bilvosita har kuni uchraydi. Xalqaro birliklar tizimi — SI bugungi kunda o‘lchovlarning eng muhim umumjahon standarti hisoblanadi; u uzunlik, massa, vaqt, elektr toki, termodinamik harorat, modda miqdori va yorug‘lik kuchi kabi yetti asosiy kattalikka tayangan holda qurilgan. Tibbiyotda fizik kattaliklarni to‘g‘ri tushunish arterial bosimni baholash, tana haroratini o‘lchash, laborator tahlillarni talqin qilish, EKG, EEG, UTT, rentgen, KT, MRT va radioterapiya jarayonlarini xavfsiz qo‘llash uchun zarurdir. Ayniqsa ionlashtiruvchi nurlanish bilan ishlashda gray, sievert va becquerel kabi birliklarning mazmunini bilish bemor va tibbiyot xodimlari xavfsizligi uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega.
