Abstract
Mazkur maqolada ratsional ovqatlanishning ilmiy asoslari zamonaviy ovqatlanish fiziologiyasi, jamoat salomatligi yondashuvi hamda Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti va FAO tomonidan ilgari surilgan dalillarga tayangan holda tahlil qilindi.
