Abstract
Jahonda globalizatisya, madaniyatlararo integratsiya jarayoni kechayotgan bir davrda, yoshlarda, ayniqsa o‘quvchi qizlar, talaba qizlar, ayollarda ijtimoiy faollikni shakllantirish dunyo ta’lim siyosatida asosiy yo‘nalishga aylanmoqda. UNESCO ning “Education 2030: Incheon Declaration and Framework for Action”1 dekloratsiyasida ta’limning global rivojlanish yo‘nalishlari belgilab olingan. Ushbu dekloratsiyada barqaror rivojlanish maqsadilari ta’lim olish, barchaning, ayniqsa, qizlar va ayollarning texnik, kasbiy va oliy ta’lim olishlarini kafolatlash, hamda gender tengligini ta’minlashga qaratilgan. Talaba qizlarning sifatli, uzluksiz ta’lim olishlari nafaqat ilmiy dunyoqarashlarini kengaytirishga yordam beradi balki, kasb hunar ham egallashlari kafolatlanadi. Bu esa o‘z navbatida butun dunyo talaba qizlarining ijtimoiy hayotiy faol inson bo‘lishlariga, shuningdek, talabchan, tanqidiy va mustaqil fikrlovchi ijtimoiy faol bo‘lishlariga xizmat qiladi.
