Abstract
Mazkur ishda o‘quvchilarning stressga uchrash sabablari, stressning psixologik va fiziologik oqibatlari, psixologik xizmatning stressni kamaytirishdagi vazifalari hamda zamonaviy psixologik yondashuvlar tahlil qilinadi. O‘quvchilarda stress darajasining oshishi o‘quv faoliyatining pasayishiga, ijtimoiy munosabatlarning buzilishiga va ruhiy salomatlikdagi muammolarga olib kelishi dolzarb muammo sifatida ko‘riladi. Shuningdek, maqolada stressning oldini olishda innovatsion psixologik texnologiyalar, ota-ona va o‘qituvchi hamkorligining ahamiyati yoritilgan.
