Abstract

Mehnat munosabatlarining iqtisodiy mohiyati va huquqiy asoslari bugungi kunda dolzarb mavzu hisoblanadi. Ushbu mavzuning muhimligi, avvalo, global iqtisodiy o'zgarishlar, texnologik taraqqiyot va ijtimoiy transformatsiyalar bilan bog'liqdir. XXI asrda iqtisodiy tizimlar o'zgarib, yangi mehnat munosabatlarini shakllantira boshladi. Masalan, raqamli iqtisodiyotning rivojlanishi mehnat bozori va ishchi kuchiga bo'lgan talabni tubdan o'zgartirmoqda. O'zbekiston Respublikasida ham raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlari amalga oshirilmoqda, bu esa mehnat munosabatlarining yangi mexanizmlarini talab qiladi.
