Abstract

Inulin - ichak mikrobiomasiga ijobiy ta'sir ko'rsatadigan eriydigan xun tolasi. Masalan, yog 'almashinuvi va qon shakarini tartibga solish, shuningdek, ich qotishi va
depressiyani yengillashtirishga yordam beradi deb ishoniladi.Inulin - bu prebiyotikaning
bir turi. U oshqozonda hazm bo'lmaydi va so'rilmaydi. U ichakda qoladi va ba'zi foydali
bakteriyalarning ko'payishiga yordam beradi. Inulin o’zi o’simliklarning nozik qismlaridan
olinadigan modda hisoblanadi. Masalan, bug'doy, piyoz, banan, pirasa, artishok va
qushqo'nmas kabi turli xil mevalar, sabzavotlar va o'tlar tarkibidagi kraxmalli modda.
