Abstract
Ushbu maqolada suzishning kundalik hayot va sog'lom turmush tarziga ta'siri o'rganiladi. Suzish jismoniy va ruhiy salomatlikka ijobiy ta'sir ko'rsatadigan sport turi sifatida ko'rib chiqiladi.
