Мақолада Иқтисодий ҳамкорлик ва тараққиёт ташкилотининг коррупцияга қарши курашиш тармоғи Истанбул ҳаракатлар режаси тавсияларини бажарилиши борасида жиноят ва жиноят-процессуал ҳуқуқи соҳасида БМТнинг Коррупцияга қарши конвенцияси талабларини, коррупцияга қарши умумэътироф этилган норма ва стандартларни миллий қонунчиликка татбиқ этилиши масалалари, шунингдек, жиноят ва жиноят процеессуал қонунчиликни такомиллаштириш борасида баъзи таклифлар баён қилинган.
