Abstract
Проведен анализ результатов обследования и лечения 160 больных острым калькулезным холециститом осложненной холедохолитиазом, находившихся на лечении в отделении общей хирурги Центрального госпиталя МВД Республики Узбекистан. Целью исследования явилось улучшение результатов лечения больных острым калькулезным холециститом осложненной холедохолитиазом путем использования миниинвазивных методов лечения с применением нитроглицерина и ЭАР. При лечении больных холециститом осложненном холедохолитиазом применение нитроглицерина и ретроградной санации и лаважа холедоха с раствором ЭАР – А, способствует улучшению результатов лечения и сокращает сроки стационарного лечения данной категории больных от 12,6 до 8,4 дней. Все это, позволяет широко рекомендовать предлагаемый метод лечения в клинической практике, имеет экономическую эффективность.
