Abstract

This article investigates the current status and future outlook of cultural heritage preservation and development in Uzbekistan. Abduazizov and Khusanov explore the challenges and opportunities associated with managing Uzbekistan's diverse cultural legacy in a rapidly changing environment. The study assesses governmental policies, community engagement, and conservation approaches aimed at safeguarding and promoting Uzbekistan's cultural assets. The authors highlight the importance of cultural heritage for sustainable development and responsible tourism practices. This research is valuable for scholars, policymakers, and practitioners interested in heritage management, particularly within the Central Asian context. The article is published in “Humanities & Social Sciences Reviews”, enhancing its credibility and relevance in the field of cultural heritage studies..
