Abstract
Ushbu tezis Germaniyaning "Mittelstand" modelining kichik va o‘rta bizneslarni rivojlantirishdagi samaradorligini o‘rganadi va O‘zbekiston sharoitida uning qo‘llanilish imkoniyatlarini tahlil qiladi. Germaniya iqtisodiyotining asosini tashkil etuvchi Mittelstand modeli oilaviy boshqaruv, uzoq muddatli strategik fikrlash, mahalliy ildizlar va innovatsion yondashuvlar kabi xususiyatlari bilan ajralib turadi. Tadqiqot natijalarida O‘zbekiston kichik biznesi uchun Mittelstand modelining asosiy tamoyillarini moslashtirishning amaliy yo‘llari taklif etilgan. Tavsiyalar moliyaviy barqarorlik, kadrlar tayyorlash, texnologik yangilanish va davlat tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlash tizimlarini yaxshilash bo‘yicha takliflarni o‘z ichiga oladi. Natijalar ko‘rsatadiki, Mittelstand modelining muvaffaqiyatli tatbiqi O‘zbekiston kichik biznesining global raqobatbardoshligini sezilarli darajada oshirishi mumkin.
