Abstract
Mazkur maqolada davlat hokimiyati organlarida faoliyat yuritayotgan yosh rahbar kadrlar shaxsiga bo‘lgan ijtimoiy-madaniy talablar yoritilgan. Jumladan, ularning ijtimoiy ishonchni oqlashi, axloqiy mezonlarga amal qilishi va yuqori darajadagi xizmat madaniyatiga ega bo‘lishi bugungi kun talabidir.
