Abstract
Проанализированы интраоперационные и отсроченные осложнения, возникающие при использовании лапароскопической техники для выполнения бариатрических операций. Разработаны и детально описаны малоинвазивные способы лечения типичных осложнений, возникающих лапароскопическим путем. Операция лапароскопического бандажирования желудка является высокоэффективным способом лечения морбидного ожирения имеющим минимальный риск развития опасных для жизни осложнений, и может быть операцией выбора для лечения большинства пациентов вне зависимости от индекса массы тела.
