Abstract
Проведен анализ лечения 114 больных с острым калькулёзным холециститом осложненной холедохолитиазом, которые получили стационарное лечение в 2018-2020 годы в Бухарском филиале РЭНПНЦ в отделении экстренной хирургии. I – группа сравнения составили 62 больных с острым калькулёзным холециститом осложненный холедохолитиазом, у которых применен традиционный хирургический метод лечения за 2018-2020 гг. этим больным по показаниям выполнена ретроградная папиллосфинктро-холедохотомия (РПСХТ). II – основная группа составила 52 больных с острым калькулёзным холециститом, которые получили стационарные лечение за 2020-2021гг. Цель исследования явилось улучшение результатов лечения больных острым калькулезным холециститом осложненной холедохолитиазом путем использования миниинвазивных методов лечения с применением нитроглицерина. Все показатели в день поступления имело достоверное отклонение от нормы, и в процессе лечения постепенно нормализовалось к 8-9 суткам после операции. Средняя продолжительность стационарного лечения при этом составляет в среднем 10±1,2 дня
