Abstract

This article examines the manifestation and implications of the European worldview within the context of Uzbek women, situated amidst the cultural intersections of Uzbekistan. Through a nuanced exploration of cultural dynamics, education, career opportunities, agency, and decision-making, the article elucidates the evolving socio-cultural landscape shaped by globalization and shifting gender dynamics. It highlights the transformative potential of education in empowering Uzbek women, fostering aspirations aligned with principles of individualism and personal autonomy inherent in the European worldview. Furthermore, the article underscores the increasing assertiveness of Uzbek women in challenging traditional norms, navigating societal expectations, and carving out paths towards self-determination. Despite encountering challenges and controversies, such as resistance from conservative elements, the article emphasizes the importance of inclusive dialogue and mutual understanding in navigating cultural transitions effectively.
