Abstract
Ushbu ishda avtomobil, tibbiyot va moliya sohalarida faoliyat ko'rsatuvchi avtonom sun'iy intellekt tizimlari zarar yetkazganda qaysi shaxs yoki tashkilot javob berishi lozimligiga oid huquqiy savol ko'rib chiqiladi. O'zbekiston Fuqarolik Kodeksining 985–1007-moddalari bu munosabatlarga mos kelmasligi dalillar bilan ko'rsatiladi. Yevropa Ittifoqi, AQSh va Xitoy tajribalari asosida milliy qonunchilikni rivojlantirish yo'nalishlari tavsiya etiladi.
