Abstract
Ijtimoiy-madaniy kompetensiya tilni “to‘g‘ri” ishlatishdan tashqari, uni ijtimoiy vaziyat, muomala odobi, registr, qadriyat va madaniy norma bilan uyg‘un qo‘llash qobiliyatini anglatadi. CEFRning tavsifiy sxemasida til faoliyati doimo umumiy kompetensiyalar (jumladan, sotsiokultural va interkultural kompetensiya) hamda kommunikativ til kompetensiyalari (lingvistik, sotsiolingvistik, pragmatik) bilan birga ishlashi qayd etiladi. Shundan kelib chiqib, autentik matnlar (maqsadli til va madaniyat jamoasi a’zolari o‘sha jamoa a’zolari uchun yaratgan matnlar) real sotsiolingvistik signallar, odob formulalari, madaniy ishoralar va diskurs odatlarining tabiiy manbai hisoblanadi.
