Mazkur maqolada muallif Qirg‘iziston Respublikasining oliy ta’lim tizimini rivojlantirish istiqbollari, uning institutsional tuzilishi hamda zamonaviy modernizatsiya jarayonlarini tahlil qiladi. Maqolada Qirg‘iziston oliy ta’lim tizimining rivojlanishiga ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi asosiy omillar, jumladan, ta’lim tizimini xalqaro standartlarga moslashtirish, ilm-fan va ta’lim integratsiyasini kuchaytirish, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish hamda xalqaro hamkorlikni kengaytirish kabi yo‘nalishlar ko‘rib chiqiladi
