Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot Qoraqalpog‘iston Respublikasining iqlim sharoitlariga mos erta pishar paxta navini yaratishga bag‘ishlangan. Gossypium thurberi Tod. va Gossypium raimondii Ulbr. turlarining amfidiploid gibridlaridan foydalangan holda, mintaqa qishloq xo‘jaligi talablariga javob beradigan, ya’ni abiotik stressga chidamli va unumdorlik jihatidan optimallashtirilgan nav yaratish maqsad qilingan. Daladagi sinovlar va genetik tahlillar orqali pishish muddati, tolasi sifati hamda stressga chidamlilik kabi asosiy belgilar aniqlangan. Olingan nav Qoraqalpog‘istonning qurg‘oqchil va yarim qurg‘oqchil hududlarida paxta yetishtirish samaradorligini oshirishda salohiyatga ega.
