Abstract

Badiiy matnlarni tarjima qilishda eng qiyin muammolardan biri bu xalqlar madaniyati o’rtasidagi farqni kitobxonga yetkazib berish hisoblanadi. Tarjima jarayonida tarjimondan bir millatga doir xususiyatlarni boshqa tilda berishda katta mahorat va so’z boyligi talab qilinadi. Ushbu maqolada tarjima jarayonida lingvokulturologik xususiyatlarga e’tibor qaratishni lozim topdik. Tarjima asarlarda lingvokulturologik jihatlar muayyan xalqning tarixi, yashash tarzi, qadriyatlari, urfodatlari orqali yoritib berilishi haqida fikr yuritiladi. O’zbek kitobxonlarining sevimli adiblaridan biri O’tkir Hoshimovning “Dunyoning ishlari” asari ingliz tili tarjimasidagi ba’zi parchalar misol tariqasida keltirilgan.
