Abstract
Лапароскопическая холецистэктомия при остром холецистите представляется методом выбора для окончательного устранения болезни в сроки до 7 дней после проведения декомпрессионных вмешательств, либо в отдаленном периоде до 2–3 месяцев, что снижает вероятность конверсии доступа.
