Abstract

Ushbu tezis allergik kasalliklarning kelib chiqishida asosiy rol o'ynaydigan immunologik mexanizmlarni tizimli tahli qiladi. Asosiy e'tibor IgE orqali sodir bo'ladigan I tur gipersensitivlik reaksiyasiga qaratilgan bo'lib, unda antigen (allergen) bilan birinchi marta tanishgandan so'ng organizmda IgE sinfiga mansub antitelolar ishlab chiqarilishi va ularning mas t hujayralari va bazofillarga birikishi jarayoni o'rganiladi. Allergik kasalliklarni tushunish va samarali oldini olish uchun ularning immunopatogenezini chuqur bilish zarurligi ta'kidlanadi
