Abstract

This article examines the pedagogical potential of modular teaching technology in shaping the multicultural competence of future educators within higher education. Multicultural competence is understood as the ability of teachers to effectively engage with diverse cultural, linguistic, and social backgrounds, while promoting inclusivity and tolerance.
