Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy jamiyatda liderlik sifatlarini shakllantirishda mentorlik va ustoz-shogird tizimining tutgan o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda ustoz-shogird an’anasi orqali bilim, ko‘nikma va qadriyatlar avloddan-avlodga o‘tishi jarayoni, shuningdek, bu munosabatlarning yosh rahbarlar va bo‘lajak liderlar ongida ijtimoiy mas’uliyat, kasbiy madaniyat hamda tashabbuskorlik kabi jihatlarni shakllantirishdagi roli yoritiladi.
