ФАКТОРЫ РИСКА ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ НАРУШЕНИЙ ПИЩЕВОГО ПОВЕДЕНИЯ У ЛИЦ С ОЖИРЕНИЕМ

Проанализированы интраоперационные и отсроченные осложнения, возникающие при использовании лапароскопической техники для выполнения бариатрических операций. Факторами риска формирования нарушения пищевого поведения являются: женский пол, отягощенная наследственность по сахарному диабету и артериальной гипертензии, большой стаж АГ и СД типа 2 у пациента, высокий уровень личностной тревожности и депрессии. Необходимо более широкое применение опросника DEBQ в клинической практике для выработки дифференцированного подхода к коррекции массы тела у лиц с ожирением и избыточным весом.
