Abstract
Arterial gipertenziya qon tomirlarda elastikligining kamayishi, yallig‘lanishi va endotelial disfunksiya natijasida struktur va funksional o‘zgarishlarni keltirib chiqaradi. Ba’zi antigipertenziv preparatlar qon bosimini pasaytirish bilan birgalikda, tomirlarda endoteliy faoliyatini yaxshilash, hamda yallig‘lanish jarayonlarini kamaytirish xususiyati mavjudligi aniqlangan.
