Abstract

В работе проведено комплексное лабораторное обследование больных разных стадий остеоартроза коленного сустава. Выявлены закономерности метаболических расстройств у больных остеоартрозом в виде активации прооксидантной системы и угнетения ферментативного звена антиоксидантной защиты. Показано, что степень окислительного стресса четко коррелирует с тяжестью клинических проявлений остеоартроза. Выявлены наиболее клинически значимые для лабораторной диагностики данной патологии показатели крови, такие как алифатические альдегидные группы окисленных белков и активность параоксаназы.
