Abstract
Favqulotda vaziyatlar sohasida faoliyat yuritayotgan xodimlar ko'pincha yuqori darajadagi stress va emotsional yuklarga duch kelishadi. Ular qutqaruv, xavfsizlik, va tibbiy yordam kabi muhim vazifalarni bajarishlari bilan birga, ko'plab murakkab va xavfli vaziyatlarga duch kelishadi.
