Ushbu maqola stressni boshqarish va unga qarshi kurashish qobiliyatini o‘rganishga qaratilhugan. Stressga barqarorlik, insonning tashqi omillar va ichki bosimlar ta’sirida psixologik va jismoniy holatini saqlab qolish qobiliyati sifatida ta’riflanadi. Bu tushuncha psixologiya va sog‘liqni saqlash sohalarida muhim o‘rin tutadi, chunki stressni boshqarish insonning umumiy farovonligi va ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshiradi. Stressga barqarorlikka erishish uchun muvozanatli turmush tarzini saqlash, psixologik chidamlilikni rivojlantirish va stressni kamaytiruvchi texnikalarni o‘rganish zarur. Ushbu maqolada stressga barqarorlikni oshirishning asosiy metodlari va uning inson salomatligiga ta’siri yoritiladi.
