Abstract

Teri inson organizmining eng katta a’zosi bo‘lib, u faqat tashqi qoplovchi qatlam emas, balki murakkab immun-biologik platforma sifatida ham faoliyat yuritadi. Teri fizik, kimyoviy va immun himoya tizimlarini birlashtirgan ko‘p qatlamli barer bo‘lib, mikroorganizmlar, allergenlar, toksik omillar, ultrabinafsha nurlanish va mexanik shikastlanishlarga qarshi birlamchi himoyani ta’minlaydi. Keratinotsitlar, Langerhans hujayralari, dermal dendrit hujayralar, makrofaglar, mast hujayralar, tabiiy killer hujayralar va T limfotsitlar terining mahalliy immun homeostazini saqlashda muhim o‘rin tutadi. Shu bilan birga filaggrin, seramidlar, tight junction oqsillari, antimikrob peptidlar va mikrobiom ham teri barerining funksional yaxlitligi uchun zarur hisoblanadi. Mazkur maqolaning maqsadi terining immun tizimdagi rolini, teri barerining struktur-funksional asoslarini hamda barer buzilganda yuzaga keladigan immun mexanizmlarni zamonaviy ilmiy qarashlar asosida tizimli yoritishdan iborat. Tahlil natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, barer yaxlitligi buzilganda allergen va mikroblarning penetratsiyasi ortadi, pattern recognition receptor tizimlari faollashadi, keratinotsitlardan IL-1, IL-6, TNF, TSLP, IL-25 va IL-33 ajralishi kuchayadi, natijada Th2, Th17 va Th22 yo‘llari ishga tushib, surunkali yallig‘lanish va to‘qima remodellasiyasi rivojlanadi. Ayniqsa atopik dermatit, kontakt dermatit va psoriaz kabi dermatozlarda ushbu mexanizmlar klinik jihatdan katta ahamiyatga ega.
